LocalTows.com (LT), manages a series of platforms which draw in potential customers looking to connect with a professional tow company and connecting them to you. We utilize numerous platforms to extend our reach and yours. Our mission is to create a mutually beneficial win-win scenario for all parties involved. When you win, we win.

OUR ROLE:

LocalTows.com's aim is to appear in the top rankings on search engine platforms in categories related to towing, roadside assistance, and vehicle recovery using the most relevant and popular search terms. We incorporate strategic keywords to attract potential customers, establishing a powerful connection to your company's services through a listing on the cities you have chosen to do business, enhancing your business and brand. Subsequently, we connect with potential customers who express genuine interest and intent to connect will make a phone call. These inquiries are promptly directed to the specified business phone number you provide.

PERMISSIONS:

You authorize Auto Parooze™ LLC & LocalTows.com to feature your logo, trademarks, and copyrighted content, in addition to product images, on its various platforms for the promotion of towing services, roadside assistance, and vehicle recovery. This includes potential utilization in our advertising efforts, such as Google Search Ads, social media campaigns, and organic site listings, aimed at boosting traffic and generating interest. You also authorize the creation of a dedicated landing page with its own distinctive domain to enhance traffic to your business. Auto Parooze™ LLC has the approval to extract this content from your company website(s) without any liability or violation of copyright. You are accountable for ensuring the content on our platforms is used freely.

YOUR ROLE:

When you receive a call, you commit to responding promptly and professionally to the request as soon as possible and provide professional and safe service.

SUBSCRIPTION & PLATFORM LISTING FEES:

Each subscriber is required to pay a monthly subscription fee of $100 for each platform and location where the listing appears and is featured. This fee is only for your company listing on the approved designated web page(s).

PAYMENT:

Subscribers payments are on a monthly recurring schedule. Payments are received at the beginning of each month. Once payments begin, they will continue until we are notified that you wish to discontinue and the monthly term runs out. Once a payment has been processed, it becomes non-refundable.

PARTNER TERMS:

As considerable time, financial resources, and manpower are dedicated to customizing and on-boarding your company onto our platform(s), along with securing placement in the cities you cater to, a 60-day contract is initiated. Hence, a 30-day advanced notice is required prior to commencing the next subsequent 60-day term. Should you decide to end your agreement before the expiration of your term, you are still obliged to fulfill your term and including the subscription fees in a timely manner. Subscription fees will be applicable until the expiration of the term. This allows us the necessary time to onboard another company from our waiting list to fill the listing space and cities that you currently occupying.

Auto Parooze™ LLC and LocalTows.com retains the right and authority to showcase additional businesses within the same region and on all other platforms.

Auto Parooze™ LLC retains the right to terminate or decline this application and/or agreement with Auto Parooze™ LLC at any point in time and for any reason without prior notice. Prices and terms may be revised as required, but rest assured, you will be notified ahead of any changes.
